- We always have lactose-free and vegan gelati available
- All products MAY contain traces of nuts, gluten, lactose, etc due to the facility in which they are produced

The fact that our milk is local and organic is worth a mention. Anyone who knows us knows that we only use honest ingredients. We stand the names of our suppliers and our proud to include only what is produced with integrity: Fellenberg plums from Gerzensee, first-class Bourbon vanilla from Madacascar, sour cherries from Kirchlindach, Oswaldo cocoa from Felchlin, sugar from Aarberg, Tonde hazelnuts from Alba. From all these ingredients, we create fresh gelato every day, in each of our laboratories.
